The main structure features:
The Rock Reamer with replaceable cutter was developed for large diameter HDD projects where extended life downhole is critical. The larger bearing and cutters dramatically extend the downhole life over smaller, conventional-style cutters.
The replaceable cutter sets are available in both TCI and Milled Tooth styles to fit for all sorts of rock formation. All bit's bodies have three-six cutters and can open four different hole sizes.
All cutters bearing is metal sealed. Cutters lock is used for preventing cutter failing off.
400-2000mm hole opener are available.
